GTC首先关注以下3 个目标：
1、在指定区域内代理并销售德莱赛安全阀产品;
2、组装新的德莱赛安全阀;
3、服务并维修德莱赛以及其他品牌安全阀。

Green Tag Center义务

Green Tag Center hereby accepts the grant of the Green Tag Center and agrees as a continuing condition of the grant:

to use its best efforts to develop the operation within the Territory by properly conducting its business of selling, assembling and repairing DRESSER VALVES;

to maintain the facilities and qualified personnel as are reasonably necessary to perform its obligations within the Territory under this Agreement;

to maintain a reasonable inventory of DRESSER VALVES, assembled, loosely assembled, and parts for such, of sufficient variety and quantity, in DRESSER’s judgment, to supply the requirements of customers within the Territory for DRESSER VALVES;

to assemble, set, test, seal and ship new DRESSER VALVES, as well as to repair, set, test, seal and ship existing DRESSER VALVES, according to specifications, including in particular quality assurance standards, established by DRESSER from time to time;

to ensure that all individuals engaged, at least two full time employees, by Green Tag Center to sell, repair, assemble, set, test, seal or ship DRESSER VALVES are adequately trained, in DRESSER’s judgment, in the methods and techniques developed by DRESSER for performing such functions;
in general, to maintain reasonable financial stability and credit standing, and, in particular, to pay DRESSER all sums owing for invoices, fees and the like when due;

to protect the integrity of DRESSER’s marks and trade names;

to conduct all businesses always in a manner which will enhance the reputation associated with this Green Tag Center and others granted by DRESSER;DRESSER and Green Tag Center from time to time, whenever either believes advisable, but not less than annually, shall discuss and establish to their mutual satisfaction inventory requirements, sales objectives and forecasts for the Territory, and facility and personnel requirements for Green Tag Center. Green Tag Center shall maintain the records relating to its implementation and pursuit of these requirements and objectives as DRESSER may specify from time to time in the form DRESSER prescribes. Upon the request of DRESSER, Green Tag Center shall submit copies of these records to DRESSER in a format prescribed by DRESSER.
